Shipping policy

We take extra care in processing your subscription orders to ensure you don't miss a single delivery.

1. Billing and Shipping Arrangements

Billing Date: Your payment will be charged on the 1st/15th of each month.

Processing Time: Subscription boxes will be packed and processed within 2-3 business days after the bill is generated.

Shipping Time: Subscription boxes will be shipped between the 5th and 10th of each month.

2. Estimated Delivery Time by Region (from our US warehouse)

3. Managing Your Subscription

Address Change: Need to update your shipping address? Please log in to your account and update your information at least 5 days before your next billing date to ensure your package is delivered to the correct address.

Skip a Month: You can skip a month's subscription through your account portal. Requests must be made 7 days before the billing date.

Suspend/Cancel: You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. No refunds will be given for processed/shipped packages.

4. Lost Package

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days of your billing date. We will resend the package or provide a voucher depending on stock availability.
